About the Service
We provide clinical evaluations for Asylum, VAWA, Extreme Hardship/Cancellation, U-Visa and T-Visa immigration cases for individuals, couples, and families.
Hillary utilizes a person-centered and collaborative approach to ensure that we create a unique relationship where you feel safe and comfortable to share your lived experiences. She provides a detailed and thorough report narrating the complexities within a person’s life while also conveying their needs and strengths as it relates to their case.
How it works
Immigration Evaluations are conducted via teleconference for those residing in the state of Florida.

Each evaluation includes two 1.5-hour meetings and a comprehensive report of the evaluation

Upon request, meetings can be done in one 3 hour meeting, but the preferred would be two sessions.

Evaluations are completed within two weeks of our final meeting.

Expedited evaluations are available for an additional fee

Interpreter services are available to provide accurate and accessible evaluations for everyone

Immigration Specific Questions
You will receive a copy of your evaluation AFTER the final payment has been fully processed.
If you need an interpreter, Hillary will provide you with one. Please let her know that you need one within the intake paperwork. Failure to disclose that may potentially delay the process.
Yes, I can testify in court. My fees are based on several factors such as me being in person or virtual, the length of time I'll be in the courtroom and the distance from my office to court and back. Please reach out to Hillary specifically because fees are a case-by-case base.
